Modern Living Conversions

The photographs in this section are of a ground floor renovation and conversion of the garage on a 60`s 3 story Town House in St Albans City Centre. The area comprised of a Garage and Utility Room.
We converted it into a small store room accessed via the old garage door, a new utility area and a bedroom with an Ensuite.
